NexxUp is a simple way to help you reach your diet and fitness goals, by simply suggesting the Next meal and the Next workout. We remove all the hassle of unsustainable dieting, boring calorie-counting, and tedious workouts that never last! Instead, NexxUp simply tells you what to do next, as far as eating and working out. You start by entering your goal, e.g, "lose weight", then enter a bit about your preferences, and leave the rest to us. NexxUp then starts generating suggestions. You can add, edit, or delete any meals or workouts. Any deviations on your part are included in all future suggestions, so you never have to worry about falling off the plan. To better serve you, NexxUp also provides a free online diet and fitness coach to help you daily for when the going gets tough, or if you have any questions. You can also form social clubs in your local community for motivation, fun, and group discounts!
