Ngabsen - presensi++ alihdaya

Application for recording the attendance of outsourced/outsourced company employees using GPS geotagging validation. Applications can also record overtime transactions and backup transactions between employees. Danru or Supervisor can make approval/approval for submitting overtime, backups, leave etc., through the application in real time. The Absence application also has a daily report feature accompanied by photos taken from the user's cellphone. The report feature is ready to be used for outsourced security and cleaning service employees. In addition, specifically for security employees, Ngabsen provides a patrol feature with QR code and NFC combined with GPS. This application has been integrated with the HRMS Payroll Ngabsen system which is accessed by head office staff to monitor the movements and performance of outsourced employees stationed in various locations. Acquisition of daily attendance data, overtime, backups, reports will be easily compiled for payroll calculations. Outsourced employees can access their respective pay slips from the Ngabsen application.
