Nidus

Nidus is an application that was created as a tool to simplify communication between tenants and property owners.

Homeowners will be able to enter and catalogue their properties and associate them with their tenants. In cataloguing properties, they will be able to enter all the information necessary to ensure that everything about their home is always clear and at hand. For example, they will be able to enter pictures of the house, garage or cellar, technical data such as floor area, address and descriptions, price and duration of the rental contract.

Once tenants have been associated with a dwelling by an owner, they will be able to check all the above-mentioned information entered by the owner and have it at their fingertips at all times. The application also offers a simple and intuitive in-app communication service that makes communication between the parties fast.

Landlords can take advantage of the 'review' functionality to review tenants. This functionality was included to have a history of tenants before choosing whether to confirm a lease with a particular tenant.
