The "NissanConnect Service" app is an app that has made your car life more comfortable.

The "NissanConnect Service" app is an official Nissan app that can be used in conjunction with cars equipped with the NissanConnect navigation system and in-vehicle communication unit, either standard equipment or manufacturer options.

By linking navigation and apps,

- Check your car location and car condition

- Remote control of air conditioners, door locks, etc.

- Route search, pre-send destination to car navigation system

You can do this with the app.

◆Main functions and features

------------------

*The following is an example of the functions. Available functions vary depending on the car model and grade.

■Air conditioner before boarding

You can turn on/off the air conditioner by remote control.

You can make repeated reservations for the air conditioner by specifying the day of the week and time (Nissan Ariya only).

■Door to door navigation

You can search for a route using the app and send the destination to the car navigation system in advance.

Even if your destination requires you to get out of the car and walk, the destination will be automatically transferred to your smartphone and directions will continue.

It is also possible to reserve routes in advance. When the departure time approaches, the route will be sent to your car navigation system.

You can also refer to your Google Calendar schedule and set the date, time, and destination.

■Power switch ON notification

Detects when the vehicle starts and notifies the app. Tap the notification to check the vehicle location.

■Remote door lock

Did you lock your car doors? If you are concerned about this, you can check the status, and if you forget to lock it, you can lock it remotely.

■My car finder

You can check the approximate location where you parked your car on the map on the app. You can rest assured that you won't get lost even in large parking lots at theme parks, shopping malls, etc.

■Warning light notification

In the unlikely event that an abnormality warning light comes on in your car, you will receive a notification on the app.

■Remote data deletion

In the unlikely event that your car is stolen, you can rest assured that all of your personal information (address book, home address, recent destinations, etc.) can be deleted remotely (via the app).

■Garage

If you have two or more eligible cars listed in the eligible car models and are subscribed to NissanConnect, you can switch between cars without logging in or logging out.

■Coordination with IoT devices

By linking IoT home appliances and cars, certain notifications from the "NissanConnect Service" app can be notified by voice from specific home appliances. (Nissan Leaf and e-NV200 models before 2019 are not eligible.)

■Charging spot availability information

You can check charger availability and business hours on the app's map.

■Battery status check

You can check the remaining time until charging is complete and the range that can be traveled based on the current battery level.

■Timer charging

You can set a timer to start charging by specifying the day of the week and time (Nissan Ariya only).

■Car alarm notification

The app will notify you if the door is forced open or the battery is removed and reinstalled (Nissan Ariya only).

■Compatible with Android Auto TM (electric vehicles with navigation released after January 2019)

By connecting your smartphone to an Android Auto TM compatible car navigation system, you can use the NissanConnect Service app on the navigation screen.

- Charging spot availability information

You can check the availability and opening hours of nearby chargers on the navigation map.
