Niu is now Giga+ Fibra! To speed up services for our customers, Niu developed an application with a set of features and self-services.

By accessing the application on your smartphone screen, you can issue a 2nd copy of the invoice, access your payment history, request temporary unlocking in case of debt (unlocking in trust), access details of the contracted package and its extras, change and update your registration data (telephone and email), obtain technical support and other facilities.

Our goal is to continue bringing and implementing news for you through this application, such as tips, promotions and information about all self-services offered by Niu.
