Stop corruption in traffic police!

Application blocks calls from specific phone numbers of police in Azerbaijan (usually private phone numbers), the owners of which asked you to come and arrange traffic infraction in contravention of the law. The application must have possibility to be automatically updated because phone list is stored in the application and can not be edited.
