Implemented notifications for reminder dates. Now requires permissions for vibration and 'wakelock' to allow the phone to wake up for the notification.

Reordered task list - completed tasks now show at the bottom, whilst other tasks are order first by priority (High, Medium, Low, None), then by reminder date. Tasks with no reminder date will appear above those with a reminder date.
