The opioid crisis is a huge problem with many complex roots. We want to help users suffering from Opioid addiction get personalized information on their treatment options more quickly and more easily.​

Currently, information on opioid addiction treatment is disaggregated, with neither providers nor patients systematically keeping track of the facilities they visited during this multi-step process. ​

Without compiling this information, there is no way to leverage insights from people who have gone through treatment to see what works and what does not to help those still looking for help.​

But the data is out there!

Up to 60% of opioid users relapse after treatment, meaning that most of the people affected by this crisis are both looking for help and have insights from their past treatment that can help others.​

By aggregating addiction treatment history through crowdsourcing, we can create a novel database that can be leveraged to provide personalized recommendations to patients on the challenging path to recovery.​
