Find the establishment by the list or identify by QR-Code, so the entire menu of the chosen establishment will be available in the palm of your hand.

After, choose the product you want and make your purchase, so your order will be sent to the "cart".

Norow provides three (03) forms of services according to the type of establishment:

1 - BALCONY

In establishments where you pick up the product yourself at the counter, click "pay and send", your order will be processed and will have status "pending". As soon as you enter your 06-digit (alphanumeric) code, the attendant will deliver your order and the status will change to "Confirmed".

2 - TABLE

In the places where the delivery of the product is performed by an attendant and the payment is (on demand), the order when being sent to the system of the establishment, will be processed and will have "pending" status. Once the status changes to "confirmed," just wait for the attendant to deliver the order on your desk.

3 - COMMAND

In establishments that work with commands, the request when being sent to the establishment system, is processed, confirmed and delivered at your table. Thus, your digital order will be opened and you will be able to continue making your orders. At the end you close your order by making payment in full or in part.
