Nostalgia

Nostalgia makes journaling effortless by combining AI-powered conversation with text and photo entries. Simply talk, type, or snap a picture—Nostalgia’s AI listens, transcribes, and crafts a personalized journal entry on the spot. No more blank pages or writer’s block.

Key features:

• AI Conversation: Speak naturally with our Realtime API model. Nostalgia records your voice, sends raw audio to Whisper for transcription, and uses the Realtime AI to respond—creating a fluid, back-and-forth journaling experience.

• Automatic Transcripts & Summaries: Every recording is transcribed and summarized, so you can review your day in seconds. Summaries feed back into the AI’s memory, letting it ask follow-up questions that feel uniquely about you.

• Photo & Text Integration: Add photos or type freely. Whether you capture a sunrise, snap a meal, or jot down a thought, Nostalgia stores everything side by side.

• Timeline Views: Instantly see how you spent your day, month, or year. Browse calendar views with thumbnails for each entry—tap any date to relive what you said, saw, or felt.

• Privacy & Security: All data (audio, transcripts, summaries, images, profile info) is encrypted and stored in Supabase with row-level security. You control your information: delete individual entries or your entire account with one tap—data is gone the moment you confirm.

• Personalization: Onboarding collects your name, birthdate, and AI tone preference so your journal always feels tailored. Nostalgia never sells your data or shares it outside OpenAI (for AI processing) and Supabase (for storage).

• No Location Tracking: We respect your privacy—Nostalgia never collects GPS or precise device IDs.

• GDPR & CCPA Compliant: If you’re in the EU or California, you can request, correct, or permanently delete all personal data. For any requests, email [email protected].
