- Notch Design uses display over other apps permission to show the notch overlay on top of the screen.

- Optional notch touch shortcuts use AccessibilityService only when the user enables that feature.

- Accessibility is used only to trigger the shortcut actions you choose and to detect the current foreground app for blocked-app support.

- The app does not use Accessibility to read typed text, capture passwords, or store or share personal content.

- Some features, including lock screen behavior, may vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.

- Because the app uses an overlay, Android may show an always-running notification on supported versions.

- Some gesture actions and system controls may depend on device support, Android version, or additional user permissions.

- Lock screen support may not work the same on every device because some manufacturers use their own wallpaper, carousel, or magazine systems.
