NotiVibe — Family Safety & Learning Platform

NotiVibe is a family safety solution built on consent, transparency, and education. Unlike standard blockers, NotiVibe turns screen time into learning time by requiring children to solve math challenges before accessing restricted apps. A secure code-based pairing ensures both parents and children fully agree to the monitoring relationship.

🔐 CORE SAFETY & LEARNING FEATURES

1. Educational App Lock (Accessibility API)

Uses the Accessibility API to detect the moment a restricted app opens. Instead of a hard block, a math problem overlay appears — the child must solve it to earn screen time. Accessibility services prevent bypassing via swipe or split-screen.

2. AI-Powered Activity Intelligence (New)

The app collects your child's YouTube watch history, Chrome URLs, and search queries — then our built-in AI analyzes the full picture automatically, so parents don't have to sift through every entry.

Rather than just flagging a problem, the AI identifies the specific concern and tells you exactly what to do. Example: "Your child has been searching for content related to anxiety. Consider having an open conversation and reviewing these resources."

Parents can still browse the raw activity list, but risky items are highlighted by the AI so nothing important gets missed. Filter by app (YouTube, Chrome, WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and more) or search by keyword. A live banner shows real-time activity updated within the last 5 minutes.

WhatsApp and Instagram messages are excluded from AI analysis — only browsing and viewing behavior is reviewed, keeping personal conversations private.

3. Screen Time Analytics (New)

See total daily screen time and apps used at a glance. A bar chart ranks the top 7 apps by minutes spent. A timeline chart shows exactly when each app was opened throughout the day — making late-night use or in-class distractions instantly visible. View the last app opened, the time it was accessed, and a full ranked breakdown of every app used with hours and minutes.

4. Real-Time Location Tracking

Tracks location every 30 minutes. Geofencing sends instant alerts when your child enters or leaves school, home, or tuition. Movement history shows a detailed path of their day to help spot unusual patterns.

5. Smart Notification Monitoring

View incoming WhatsApp, Instagram, and SMS notifications in real-time. All data is encrypted and shared only within your authorized family link — never with third parties.

6. Uninstall Protection (Device Admin)

Prevents children from removing the app to bypass safety rules. Uninstalling requires the parent's secure approval, ensuring continuous protection.

🛡️ PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE (2026 STANDARDS)

Both parent and child must affirmatively agree via a one-time secure code. We never record calls, read private emails, or store passwords. Data is used solely for enabled features and never shared with advertisers. Children are informed that browsing and viewing activity is subject to AI review — no hidden surveillance. Activity loads on-demand in batches of 50, minimizing data costs and backend exposure.
