Proven approaches to improving mental health in young people.
Working alongside young people we have designed brief interventions that help improve mental health. The focus of this suite of interventions is to help improve mental health across several targets, including problems with eating, mood, and behavior change in response to the challenges that can sometimes overwhelm us. We consulted widely to identify these key interventions that were most efficient in tackling different targets. The most recent science has been used to make these interventions the most effective they can be. The evidence tells us they work best when young people practice the skills outlined and incorporate them into their everyday life.
