Here the most important points of the relationship between employers and employees modified by labor reform, approved 13/07 day by the President. The government should also make changes to the text by Provisional Measure.

The reform does not nullify the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), but more flexible over a hundred mechanisms contained therein. The core of the proposal is to give more power to the agreements between contractor and hired, that would prevail on the articles of the Labor Code.
