NuFeZeeK

NuFeZeeK is a community of exclusively fitness related communities. The entire focus of this social media site is to share tools and to motivate each other for better health. The vision of NuFeZeeK started in late December of 2011 when a couple of my friends ask me to help them lose weight. Being busy with so many other things I agreed to post tips for them on facebook. Not knowing anything about facebook at the time I suddenly noticed this little page was growing. I invited some of my friends to help me provide content as this page appeared to be helping so many other people as well. The need for more information was so great we decided to offer 6 week challenges called Mission Possible. Over night these challenges became widely popular. In an effort to keep up with the demand we launched our ESWH Online Fitness University. This allowed more personal direction to our followers. The Unversity offered classes for everything fitness and personal development related. Still we were bursting from the seams so we decided we needed a community for everyone to live and share so we built NuFeZeeK.

All of our fitness platforms are designed to be the laboratory, playing field, sanctuary, ultimate gym, a motivational charge, a training ground, the open road, the foundation for transforming lives where one can create their own possibilities by taking owership of their health and building a new physique. Our role in all of this is to provide accessibility, affordability, accountability, virtualy and in living color to every man and women who seeks to make a lifestyle charge and maintain a good one. We envision to achieve this task by creating a safe haven where trust, respect and HONOR is a way of life. Personally I envision creating a culture of healthier bodies that are transformed inside out, for the mind is ultimately the control center in all that we set out to do. Thus we wll create a culture where we are able able to touch lives in every corner of the universe. From the smallest town to the biggest citu NuFeZeeK's mission is to transform the "Bill of Health" from every walk of life because although statistics may speak otherwise the consequences of poor health DO NOT DISCRIMINATE.

NuFeZeeK MISSION

Our goal is to bring this health awarness to every door, laptop, cell phone and iPad of every neighborhood. To communities around the globe, to gyms, parks,churches, recreation and sports facilities that breed unlimited possibilities, to the world stage that create the masterpieces of transformation; to collaborate and partner with those who are on the same mission and to contribute and give back in a honorable manner. Our mission is to change the obese badge that we have in America and became a country where all people live healthier with vigor. My personal vision is to change the world as we know it today. This community site is a giant step in that direction.
