Numbered Heads

This is a simple, digital alternative to using dice, sticks, pencils, or spoons to select groups and students while using the Numbered Heads method of checking for understanding. Simply adjust the slider to select how many groups you have and how many students are in each group. Use the check box to indicate whether you would like to use replacement. (Replacement means that once a student is picked, they are put back into the "cup" and can be picked again. No replacement means that a certain number will not be picked again until all other numbers are called.) Once your selection is made, push "Go" to be taken to the Picking Screen. Push the "Pick" button to have the app select a random group and a random student.
