Nutry Smart

Nutry Smart is an application used to store information related to a person's nutrition. Individuals can find out their body mass index according to the input when completing the profile. Nutry smart provides education in the form of information and news related to public nutritional health, such as modules, videos and articles.

This application also stores a food memory method known as food recall, as well as data about how often an individual consumes food in a certain time period. Individuals will know the levels and numbers of nutritional adequacy of food according to the input provided.

With the Food Recall and FFQ methods, this application can be used to provide nutritional guidance to help meet important nutritional needs during growth and development (both toddlers, teenagers and pregnant women).
