- Aria area in the navbar

Bugfixes:
- Menu items that were both pressable and had sub-items now work correctly

Experience changes:
- The Profile Panel and Content Viewer components are now outside of the tabs. All this means is that when you view your profile or content, you won't see the bottom navbar, and you'll have to exit to navigate anywhere.

Miscellaneous:
- React Native updated to 0.68.8
- Critical dependency vulnerabilities have been resolved
- Removed unused dependencies
