Officina Gambrinus Trento

It was May 2010 when we started our business in what used to be a shed with only six pillars. We had the Bavarian style in mind but we wanted a place that was more cosmopolitan, where our guests could taste different dishes and where they could feel good "at home".

Gambrinus, on the other hand, was a Flemish king who had always been represented with a mug of beer in hand to celebrate his victories, and we immediately felt well represented by this character.

We have always made quality our fundamental value.

We have always chosen ingredients and combinations with passion, in fact we let our collaborators choose which products to use to be able to express themselves in the best way and create the dishes that are served in the dining room with care and love. Asking us for a beer is an understatement, we have 16 beers on tap, which are chosen and selected to support important numbers such as those registered so far: 250,000 liters of beer sold and drunk.

Over the years we have expanded the venue with a larger room and invested in increasingly trained staff to guarantee you a complete experience. Over the years, Gambrinus has become the perfect place to spend carefree moments in the family and for evenings with friends.

From football matches projected on the big screens with a good beer and friends of all time, to the "quizzone" a game that for years has accompanied the evenings of whole groups looking for something different, up to the weekend DJ set that lets you unleash and ease the tensions of the week.
