Offline radar a.k.a gpsms is a lightweight navigation app. It allows address to geographic coordinates mapping and navigates to given target without online connection as it does not utilize any map files. You can also exchange via sms coordinates with other users to easily find each other. Application contains simple menu and built-in help. There are no adds nor service limitations.
