OGC

OGC offers users a comprehensive way of comparing hiking/backpacking gear. Gear comparison tools within retailer websites or gear reviewing websites that spit out information in tables are outdated and make it difficult to process a large amount of information. Users will be able to design loadouts and then share those loadouts with the OGC community. When sharing loadouts users can include information detailing why they chose the gear they did, what they used it for, and the efficacy of that gear in a specific situation. All of this information is incredibly useful for everyone who hikes and backpacks.
