This application is intended exclusively for health care professionals.

This first application, by Dr. Stéphane Vignot (Groupe Hospitalier Pitié-Salpêtrière), includes the main chemotherapy regimens used in the treatment of solid tumors, including cytotoxic agents and molecular targeted therapies.

Summary of all protocols are classified by body scrollable and identifiable by a specific color code.

Protocol in each sheet are:

- The diagram with doses, method and frequency of administration

- The most common side effects with their expected impact

- The elements of detailed toxicity, which have been reported in clinical trials and therefore correspond to a limited group of selected patients. It is understood that the safety profile can be significantly modified in clinical practice

- The references published, each with it the number of patients included and the number of patients

- The Search tab allows you to easily find the molecules used in the various protocols and their locations identified by a color code

- Ability to select protocols "Favorites" found directly then all sorted by clicking on the tab "Favorites"

Appendices with summary tables:

- The risk of nausea and vomiting as the molecules

- The toxicities

- Risks of amenorrhea in women treated definitively by antitumour agents

- Effects of antitumor agents on sperm production

- An index of molecules containing the protocols and their location

Noted finally that some protocols presented include molecules with at the date of publication of the application for authorization to market in the specific indication. Schedule of administration and toxicity data are then offered for information, pending confirmatory studies and regulatory approvals.
