OnlyCat - Smart Cat Flap

Updates (Since 3.2.1):
- Door Policy creation - configure entry/exit permissions and curfews
- Add the ability to rename devices
- Fix a device setup issue where the cat flap will display "Ready", but not add to the app.
- Prevent deletion of active door policy, fixing error
- Respect system region setting for timestamps
- Add the ability to copy the Device ID from the devices screen
- Change "Id" -> "ID" text
