About OpenGarage

A simple app to interact with an OpenGarage Wi-Fi garage door controller

This app can trigger the button on your OpenGarage. It can also optionally poll your OpenGarage for the garage door's state. The application requires you have the OpenGarage hardware installed and accessible from the internet.

The OpenGarage hardware is an open source arduino garage door controller. The project can be found at http://rayshobby.net/introducing-opengarage/.

This app was created because I didn't like the feel of OpenGarage project in the Blynk app. This app isn't affiliated with Ray, rayshobby.net or OpenGarage other than to operate the unit itself. What's new in the latest v1.1.1

+ Fixed a couple of preferences bugs where descriptions were mislabeled
+ Added a "State Failure Message" for when the app can't determine the garage door's state
+ Fixed some crashing issues for when things are done on a broken internet connection. This is why there is a new permission to check the network state.
