Optimus Office

Our proposal implements an intuitive process automation workflow, to facilitate and improve the interaction of the offices with the offers and services of the building.

With just one click, offices can request maintenance, book services, track packages, request repairs, or simply send a message for a special request. Additionally, offices receive automatic notifications when packages are waiting, when an event is approaching in the building, or when a reminder is needed for a requested service.

All interfaces are tactile for easy interaction and can be run independently as owners for each service offering.
