This app, provided by the State of Berlin, enables all citizens to report disruptions in public spaces. Your report will be forwarded to the responsible district office.

Such disorders can include, among others:

- Garbage deposits

- Noise pollution

- stationary traffic

The app can also be used without providing personal data (anonymously). If you would like feedback on the processing status, you will at least need to provide your email address.

The following options are available:

- Specify the location automatically via GPS or manually on the map or by entering the address

- Description of the matter and optional upload of photos

- Anonymous report or enter email for automatic status feedback

- Checking the status of your own reports

- View breaking news nearby

Unrestricted use of the app can only be guaranteed on the following operating system versions:

Android: 15, 14, 13, 12

Older versions may not be fully supported.
