Imagine getting a stamp on your stamp card with your fave's signature stamp, just like the summer vacation radio exercises. Inspired by this idea, we've created a habit formation app.

- Set achievable goals that can be completed in under 5 minutes. This way, you can collect more stamps.

- Link your new habit with something you're already doing (e.g., watching English videos while brushing your teeth) to make it stick better.

- Plan a reward for completing all goals on your stamp card. It could be watching a movie or concert featuring your favorite celebrity, or buying something you've wanted for a while.

- Don't start too many habits at once. The free plan of this app allows for creating up to two stamp cards simultaneously.
