Point ① Information transmission is easy

You can easily separate information by creating a team. You can also see who saw the contact, so you can see at a glance where to receive the information. If you haven't seen the contact yet, you can remind yourself with a PUSH notification.

By adopting the mailing format, information is less likely to be buried compared to the chat format. In addition, unread and unanswered contacts are displayed at the top of the inbox, preventing you from missing out on contacts.
