Ourum

Ourum provides citizens a means to virtually get-together and address a living-condition problem common to the virtual group. When maintaining living conditions in our homes or even larger residential or office complexes, we do not expect government assistance – we achieve productivity through people with common interests. The citizens getting affected by a specific instance of the problem have little means to organize as a group for collective action towards resolution. Ourum is an attempt to address this problem - we believe decentralization or local, direct action is key to a cleaner neighborhood.

Currently we monitor: (a) clean neighborhood (b) light a street (c) adopt a park. When the total pledged amount exceeds cost of remedy, Ourum will arrange for the fix.
