The Paladar application thus consists of a network for sharing meals in private homes - designated in the application by Paladares - among those who are willing to be hosts (either because they like to cook, or because they want company or simply because they enjoy meeting new people), and tourists looking for an authentic tourism experience, interacting with local people and learning about their culture.
