Panic Buddy

Have you ever wasted time trying to figure out what to tackle first on your long list of To-Do's? Ever feel a sense of 'Panic' when you realize time is running out and you haven't even started doing anything?

Let Panic Buddy do all that for you!

The problem with productivity apps is that they easily tell you 'what' to do, but fail to tell you 'when' to do it, aside from the date YOU entered!

What sets Panic Buddy apart from the abundant "Check mark" apps is the fact that it can prioritize your To-Do list based on three key factors:

1. Due date

2. Task time requirements

3. Your availability

Basically, you tell Panic Buddy when a Task needs to be done, how long it will take, and how many hours each day you can work on it, and it will tell you how urgently it needs to be done.

This is referred to as a "Panic Level," which ranges from 0 to 100%. The higher the number, the sooner you need to do it. It's just that simple.

* People with Goals, Hopes and Dreams, but no real deadlines.

* College Students with way too many assignments on multiple syllabi.

* Anyone who cannot spare the mental energy needed for time management.

* Break each task into small, easy to accomplish steps.

* A persistent notification reminds you of your most important task on your lock screen.

* Be realistic with how much time you have and how long tasks will take.

--- Privacy, and other things you should know ---

* Advertisements are a necessary part of keeping this app free for users. I did my best to keep them minimally invasive.

* Android may not tell you, but the permissions required to run the app are access to the internet and network status, both necessary for Ads.

* Absolutely NO data entered by the user is sent anywhere.

* This is my first application and true programming project, and was developed by a team of one person (me). It will improve with time and constructive feedback. Most of the effort was put into the utility and function of the algorithms for time management, the very purpose of Panic Buddy itself.
