Behaviour assessment

A 48-question screening questionnaire inspired by the Vanderbilt ADHD Diagnostic Rating Scale, covering attention, activity level, emotional regulation and daily functioning. Complete it as often as you like and compare results over time.

Reports you can hand over

Generate a PDF of any assessment and share it with your GP, paediatrician or psychologist, so the conversation starts from evidence rather than memory.

Track more than one child

Add a profile for each child, with their own history, photos and milestones.

Trends and comparisons

See how scores move across weeks and months, and compare one assessment against another.

Weekly action plans (Premium)

Choose a focus area such as emotional regulation, anxiety, attention, learning or recovery, and get a small set of researched strategies for the week. Record what worked. The following week adapts to what your family actually responded to.

WHO IT IS FOR

Parents and carers who want a behaviour tracker for a child with ADHD, or who are preparing for an assessment and want something concrete to bring to the appointment. It works alongside whatever your clinician or school is already doing.

WHAT PARENTPILOT IS NOT

This is a screening and tracking tool. It does not diagnose ADHD, and it is not medical advice. Only a qualified health professional can diagnose ADHD, and a proper assessment involves a developmental history, direct observation and evidence from more than one setting such as home and school. Please treat anything you see here as a starting point for that conversation, not a substitute for it.

The questionnaire has not been through clinical validation studies.

PRIVACY

Your child's information is treated as sensitive health data. It is stored securely, it is never sold, and it is not shared with anyone without your consent. You can delete everything from Settings at any time.

The assessment, daily check-ins, PDF reports, child profiles and history are free. Premium adds weekly action plans, weekly insights, trend analysis and comparisons. The monthly plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time through Google Play.
