About Parley

Parley helps you gain control over your moods by using CBT.

Improve your mood, and regain control over your negative emotions. Parley offers a way to easily do a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) session without prior knowledge.

What is Parley for:

• Anxiety

• Stress

• Phobias

• Complicated Relationships

• Grief

Parley isn’t just a panic button. You can definitely use it to instantly elevate your mood, but by using it regularly, the panic button seems a lot less necessary.

Your thoughts, behavior and feelings are interconnected. They influence each other. When you feel sad, you’ll have sad thoughts, which will make you feel even more sad. These vicious circles can get you trapped. By analysing and making changes in your thoughts, you can change the way you feel.

In the end Parley is just a tool. You can use a tool to help you achieve a goal, but in the end, you are the one wielding it.
