Here you can quickly and easily create cases for things that need to be addressed within the Health and Care Administration (VOF).

This app is a tool to make it easier for the municipality's internal activities to send their cases to this administration's caretaker organization for action.

In the app, you have the opportunity to describe your case, attach a picture and give the position of the error on a map.

Your report is then automatically sent to our case management system for the fastest possible handling.

You can also choose to receive feedback via e-mail. In this way, you can follow the case, from the time the notification is received until the error has been rectified.
