4. Users can request supplementary electricity services and receive various privileges under the PEA Privilege program, exclusively through this app.

5. Users can check appointments and receive reminders for various activities from PEA, ensuring they don't miss important appointments.

6. Users can easily check their electricity bill information, status, and payment history.

7. Users can report incidents, track the status of power outages and power outage plans, as well as provide feedback on services through this channel.

8. Diamond and Platinum level customers can contact their Exclusive Consultant through this channel.
