Pearl Wash

Pearl Wash is an oldest laundry service in Hyderabad india.

We provide both walk-in and on-demand laundry service to the customers.

As a customer, you can walk-in to the store, with all the garments, and the front desk manager collect all the garments, generate an order and print the bill to you.

Where as on-demand laundry, a customer can download the mobile app, or call a the store number and request for pickup. Once the pickup request is created, a rider/driver is assigned to your request, and he will present at your location at specified time. Collect all the garments, drop them at service center. Once the garments are serviced, they will be delivered back at customer location.

As part of the whole process

Customer can check the status of the order at any point of time.

Customer can pay the order amount from the mobile app and an external payment link

Customer can fill the review

Customer can send a question/query over the WhatsApp from the support contact and request for the information.

Customer can raise one more pickup request

Customer can update his information like - Address, Basic Details etc for subsequent pickup requests.
