Penelope

Penelope gives you everything you need to handle your office calls brilliantly - a Digital Receptionist, clever call distribution, award-winning answering service & all the features of a phone system.

Created to support the Penelope service, the app allows you to:

- Create specific call paths for up to four different ‘statuses’ e.g. in the office, or driving. Simply select your chosen status as and when you need.

- Manage the order your calls ring in e.g. your home, office & mobile number.

- Set all of your numbers to ring simultaneously.

- Set a back up if you fail to answer your calls – choose either voicemail, a colleague or a Moneypenny PA.

- Access your calls & messages via the message log.

- Manage your colleagues’ call settings.

It's a phone system, only better.

When you access the application for the first time, you will be asked for a username and password. These details will be confirmed to you in your ‘welcome email’ once you have signed up to Penelope.
