One-Stop Integrated Service Performance Assessment (PTSP) and Local Government Business Implementation Acceleration (PPB) and State Ministries / Institutions' Accelerated Business Implementation Performance (PPB) are mandates from the President to the Head of BKPM as contained in Presidential Regulation No. 42 of 2020 concerning Giving Awards and / or Imposing Sanctions to State Ministries / Institutions and Local Governments. The objectives of these activities include (1) knowing the performance of PTSP and PPB of the Regional Government as well as the performance of PPB of State Ministries / Agencies; (2) evaluating the Performance of PTSP and PPB of Regional Government, as well as the Performance of PPB of State Ministries / Agencies; (3) qualifying the Performance of PTSP and PPB of Regional Government, as well as the Performance of PPB of State Ministries / Agencies; and (4) provide consideration to the Ministry of Finance in awarding and / or imposing sanctions on Regional Governments and State Ministries / Agencies.
