Pesistica RMG

RMG is a family made up of people, emotions, goals, challenges, achievements, smiles and sweat. It was born in 2013, among the first 50 boxes opened in Italy. The box is led by Simone Dalpozzo (owner & head coach) and Francesca Midena (head of the association's marketing and communication area).

Our box has a training area of ​​200 square meters and reserves to each athlete and associated the appropriate spaces and individual equipment to move in complete safety

In addition to being a strengthening and conditioning program, the method proposed by RMG is experienced as a SPORT! Our workouts change every day, transforming the routine into your main enemy. Weightlifting RMG is a COMMUNITY or an active community in which everyone is constantly followed in their progress and encouraged to do better and better, exchanging experiences. Belonging to the RMG Weightlifting community also means experiencing a genuine sense of friendship, camaraderie and mutual support.

The Multifunctional Fitness Center RMG, aims at the full development and well-being of people and their associates through the intertwining of educational activities that also promote the first and third age, paying close attention to the well-being and needs of women, increasingly active and socially engaged . A dimension that goes beyond simple sporting activity, but which is realized as a combination and mutual multiplication of effective relationships on the plane as well as sporting, also postural, of motor re-education, prevention, training and social integration and inclusion.
