PGPIS Document Tracking

Tracking application for Provincial Government of Palawan's Obligation Requests and Disbursement Vouchers.

This application is a counterpart of the PGPIS-Document Tracking web module. It is targetted towards the same goal which is to allow userst to directly view the latest status of their OBRs and DVs in the comfort of their android mobile devices.

The tracking information will shows the users the whereabouts of their document as far as the following key offices are concerned:

- Provincial Budget Office

- Provincial Accountant's Office

- Provincial Administrator's Office

- Provincial Treasurer's Office

PGPIS-Document Tracking application allows searching and retrieval of routing information for both General and Trust Fund documents. With this, following up on payrolls (contractual and regular employees), purchase requests, bonuses and incentives, overtime, night and hazard pay, monetization, trust fund vouchers et cetera, is made convenient for all stakeholders.
