A - Yes! Simply visit the ‘Add a Family Member’ page within the ‘Account’ tab and add your family member / friend that you’d like to order & track for.

Q - How many family members / friends can I order & track for?

A - You can order for you and up to 9 other people.

Q - What if my pharmacy isn’t signed up to PharmAppy?

A - Download the app, let us know the name of your chosen pharmacy and we’ll contact them to try and get them added for you!

Q - Is PharmAppy safe / secure to use?

A - Yes, our development team have thoroughly ensured that your personal information is encrypted. We’re registered with the Information Commissioners Office. PharmAppy is GDPR compliant.
