(2) Select reminder type.

(3) Fill in the relevant fields: message, reminder date etc and press 'submit'

(4) That's it. You should never miss that appointment again.

You will be notified on your phone, every time a time-based reminder (to self) is due. Whenever a third party reminder is due, an sms message will be sent to the recipient.
