Picker

Picker is the employment APP for the farm industry. It enables farmers to connect with immediately available farm workers who are within close distance of the farm. It allows farmers to advertise jobs for free across a range of job types. Farmers can even select which candidates they invite to apply for jobs ensuring no inappropriate applications. Farmers will receive notifications on their phones whenever a new application is received and can quickly check that worker's profile. Farmers can add workers to a favourites list for easy reference. Farmers can easily recommend workers who perform well and also see other recommendations made by other farmers who have employed the worker.
