Reworked state listeners to use less CPU and Network
Changed how POC/POD signatures are uploaded
Added a Manage Data screen for clearing app data
Change ODO reading to work for all drivers if enabled on Picup
Mutli parcel fail for contract drivers now has select all option which selects all unactioned parcels for failure
