PiDome

PiDome is a free open source home automation platform designed for the popular Raspberry Pi. With the PiDome mobile app you are able to control this server with your mobile or tablet. To be able to use this app you need to have PiDome installed.

The app is currently in alpha and under continuous development. This means visuals and functionality are able to change. Current implemented functionalities are:

Phone and tablets:

- Auto discovery of the server,

- Personalized dashboards per device registered on the server,

- Activate scenes,

- Run macro's

- Control all devices available on the server,

- Weather information,

- Multimedia control available on the server,

- View presences of others,

- Universal remotes,

- Presence detection,

- Real time updates,

- Resizable dashboard widgets,

- Interactive dashboard design, changes made on the server are immediately visible without app restart.

Phone only:

- Geofencing (activate macro's when coming in range of for example your home),

Tablet only:

- Pure dashboard mode for wall mountable purposes,

- Floorplan with interactive devices,

- Universal new device discovery.

As mentioned the app is currently an alpha version and we need your help to make it better!
