The pizza menu at Pinokio Pizza was developed by Alexander Bogdanov, vice president of the Russian Pizza Acrobatics Federation. He personally visited Magadan to train our pizzailos and launch the Italian heart of our establishment - the Rosso Forni oven. The variety of pizzas is represented by a wide assortment, from the classic Margaritas and Pepperoni, to gourmet pizzas with Parma ham and arugula, pear and Dorblu.

In addition to pizza, the Pinokio Pizza menu offers traditional Italian and European cuisine.

Appetizers, salads, hot dishes, desserts were developed by the creative and experienced chef Evgeny Bocharov, whose luggage is working with Italian chefs in several regions of Italy.

Home-made pasta, “Crab in Orange” salad and tiramisu with homemade oatmeal cookies have been driving a good half of our guests crazy for several months. And more recently, in the Pinokio Pizza Bar, each guest can taste the best marbled beef steaks, as well as Fish and Vegetables cooked over the fire.

Dmitry Proshin, ex-chef of one of the best grill restaurants in Volgograd, has introduced a gastronomic variety to our menu with a line of grilled dishes and side dishes.

Cutlets for our burgers are now also cooked only on fire, in Josper.

And if you now know a lot about our cuisine, then the interior of our establishment is better to see once than to read a hundred letters.
