Pipe Calculator A1 Pro

Pipe Calculator A1 Pro is a professional pipe trades math calculator for pipefitters, plumbers, steamfitters, sprinkler fitters and HVAC installers. Work directly in feet-inch-fraction, metres or millimetres — no converting back and forth, no decimal-degree guesswork.

OFFSETS AND ROLLING OFFSETS

• Simple offsets from any two of offset, run, travel or angle

• Rolling offsets with roll, true offset and travel

• Solve at 45, 22 1/2, 11 1/4, 60, 30 or any custom fitting angle

• Percent grade and slope entry as well as degrees

CUTBACKS AND CUT MARKS

• Fitting take-out, cutback and end-to-end cut lengths

• Welder's gap applied automatically

• Cut marks for a full run of fittings

PIPE MATERIAL AND SIZE DATA

• Built-in tables for copper, steel, stainless, cast iron, brass, aluminum and plastic

• Outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness and weight per foot

• Filled-pipe weight and volume

FLOW, VELOCITY AND PRESSURE

• GPM, litres/sec, CFM and CFS

• Velocity from flow and pipe size, or flow from velocity

• Pressure loss, head, force and area

60 JOB-SITE CALCULATORS, WITH DRAWINGS

A second tab the handheld never had - 60 calculators across eight disciplines: Offsets & Layout, Pipe Data & Weight, Hydraulics, Drainage & Plumbing, Gas · Steam · Air, Welding & Fab, Insulation & Heat, and Estimating.

• Every calculator draws a to-scale diagram of what you just worked out

• Every calculator cites the standard or engineering relation behind it

• Export any calculation to PDF — drawing, inputs, answers and sources

• Save calculations to a job and reopen them with the numbers you entered

DIMENSIONAL MATH THAT MATCHES THE TRADE

• Feet-inch-fraction arithmetic with selectable fractional resolution

• Instant metric conversion — mm, cm, m

• Area, volume, circle and weight/force functions

• Full trig: sine, cosine, tangent and their inverses, plus D:M:S

BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE

• Running tape you can name, save, print and share

• Nine memory registers plus an M+ accumulator

• Notes with photos, and saved calculations organised per project

• Preference mode for units, fractional resolution and display format

• Home-screen and lock-screen widgets for one-tap access

• Dark mode, and works fully offline - no signal needed in a mechanical room

Every key is documented in the built-in Help & User Guide across twelve chapters - and long-pressing any key shows what it does with a worked example.
