Number Golf

This is a mazeful style game where the maze is made by numbers. For each play area/maze, there is an exit cell called hole and there is a starting cell. Your task is to build a path from the starting cell to the exit cell under limited strokes.

Each game consists of 20 rounds of holes and the number of games is unlimited.
