Once you have installed a domestic Solo 3S, or commercial variants such as Solo Pro or Twin you can use the app to:

- Configure the charger’s settings

- Get live readings

- Connect the charger to the customer’s Wi-Fi

- Diagnose faults

Plus, by configuring and registering the charger with Pod Point through the app, our customer service team will handle all customer issues remotely on your behalf.
