Make yourself comfortable with the application Pohov! and strengthen your mental resilience. The application contains a series of breathing and mental exercises that lead to the strengthening of psychological resistance. It will test your mental endurance and build it up accordingly.

If you already have a mental health problem or someone close to you has it, the app offers a number of links to information and tests to give an indication of the severity of the problem. In the app, you can run breathing and mental exercises to manage different types of problems.
